Our data-informed 'Path to Performance' strategy led to a packaging redesign that not only amplified the brand's unique story of pure alkaline water but also enhanced its shelf appeal and purchase.

DTC to national retail success with Petco.
Engaged by Ollie, a top DTC pet brand, our job was to facilitate their shift to physical retail. Leveraging in-depth market analysis, strategic positioning, revamped packaging copy, and new graphics, coupled with multiple rounds of consumer testing, we achieved a 4x increase in purchase intent over their existing packaging. This led to a national distribution deal with Petco, complete with prime end-cap positions and dedicated in-store displays.
