Earth Breeze, the pioneer in eco-friendly laundry sheets, needed to translate its e-commerce success into brick-and-mortar retail performance. Our data-driven approach revealed key opportunities to enhance Earth Breeze’s shelf presence and consumer appeal. Through iterative testing and refinement, we developed a packaging design that effectively balanced both efficacy and sustainability. The result was a 13-point increase in purchase intent, outperforming long-standing category leaders in shelf impact and eco-credentials. Following the launch in Walmart, the brand saw above-category average sales performance, quickly gaining traction with mainstream shoppers.
